How do I restore my Plus subscription?
Open Settings in the app (the gear) and tap Restore purchases. Plus is linked to your Apple Account, so it works on every iPhone and iPad signed in with it.
How do I cancel or change Plus?
Open Settings in the app (the gear) and tap Manage subscription, or open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions. If you cancel, Plus stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Payments go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I get more decks?
With Plus, tap any deck in the Decks tab and it downloads from Apple. To free up space, touch and hold a downloaded deck and choose Remove download; you can download it again any time.
I've used my free reading for today.
Your free reading comes back at midnight. Card of the Day is always free, and with Plus you can read as often as you like.
Where are my readings stored?
Only on your device. They move to a new iPhone or iPad with your iCloud Backup or a computer backup. Deleting the app deletes your readings.
How do I delete a reading?
In the Journal, swipe left on the reading and tap Delete.
What are reversed cards?
Cards drawn upside down, which show blocked, delayed or inner energy. They are off by default; turn on Reversed cards in Settings and about one card in three is drawn reversed. Your personal reading takes them into account.
I don't get follow-up reminders.
Turn on Follow-up reminders in Settings. A week after a reading you'll get a gentle reminder to look back. If none arrive, allow notifications for Tarot by Andy in the Settings app on your device.
How do I report a bug?
Email helloandysapps@gmail.com with what happened and, if you can, the steps to make it happen again, your device and iOS version. Screenshots help a lot.
